This Anti-Fraud Policy establishes the fundamental principles and requirements applied by Mostbet to prevent, identify, and address fraudulent activities and misuse of the mostbet.com platform and Mostbet services.
Table of Contents
Prohibited Activities
Customers must not use Mostbet services to engage in fraudulent conduct or obtain any unfair or unauthorized advantage.
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- registering or operating multiple accounts in breach of Mostbet's rules;
- submitting inaccurate personal information, forged identification documents, or documents belonging to third parties;
- using payment methods or instruments without authorization from their rightful owners;
- exploiting bonus offers, promotional campaigns, or loyalty programs for improper purposes;
- cooperating or coordinating with other individuals to secure an unfair advantage;
- knowingly exploiting technical malfunctions, erroneous odds, or other inaccuracies on mostbet.com;
- attempting to circumvent account limitations, payment restrictions, or other security measures.
Review of Suspicious Activities
Where potential indicators of fraud or misuse are identified, Mostbet may initiate additional verification procedures and require the Customer to provide documents or information needed to verify their identity, confirm payment transactions, and clarify the circumstances surrounding account activity.
While such verification is ongoing, Mostbet may temporarily limit access to specific account features or transactions when reasonably necessary to prevent suspected fraud or fulfill applicable legal obligations.
The initiation of a verification process does not, by itself, constitute evidence that the Customer has breached any rules.
Actions Following Confirmed Violations
If an investigation establishes that this Policy has been violated, Mostbet may implement measures authorized under its Terms of Use and applicable legislation, including:
- revoking bonuses or other advantages obtained through unauthorized means;
- restricting access to particular account features;
- temporarily suspending or permanently closing an account;
- reversing or modifying transactions where permitted under the applicable rules.
Where identified conduct indicates possible unlawful activity, Mostbet may disclose relevant information to authorized regulatory or law enforcement bodies, as well as payment service organizations, where such disclosure is permitted or required by law.
This Anti-Fraud Policy must be read and applied together with Mostbet's Terms of Use, KYC Policy, Anti-Money Laundering Policy, Privacy Policy, Bonus Rules, and Dispute Resolution Policy.
